2016-2022 Nissan Titan XD Front Bumper Kit

This is a high clearance DIY weld-together winch bumper kit for the 2nd generation (2016-2019) Nissan Titan XD. It features a low profile design, fully bolt-on construction, protected winch mount and the best approach angle on the market. The high clearance design makes your Titan XD look more aggressive by showing off your front suspension and tires. In addition, this bumper frees up a ton of space in your front wheel wells and allows you to run 37" tires without any bumper interference. This bumper allows you to forget about approach angle and substantially improves the offroad capability of your Titan XD. It offers excellent protection from rocks, trees and animal strikes and has been kept to a very reasonable weight of 125lbs (or 62lbs in aluminum) through careful design work. This means less stress on your suspension and drivetrain components.

The profile of this bumper has been designed with maximum ground clearance and approach angles put first. The bumper sits as high and tight to the front of the 2016-2022 Nissan Titan XD as possible, while the angled lower faces will smoothly slide over obstacles and ensure you do not get hung up on the trail. The side wings of this bumper wrap around to the front wheel wells and tie directly into the main frame mounting plates for true offroad protection. These side wings will take a serious hit without flexing or deflecting into the vehicle body. We know that most Nissan Titan owners want to run oversized tires and more aggressive wheel offsets. This can create interference issues with the stock front bumper. We have thought ahead and specifically designed these bumper side wings to easily clear 37" tires.

The main section of this bumper is CNC-bent out of a single piece of  3/16" P&O Steel. This greatly reduces the amount of welding and grinding required by you and makes for a cleaner finished product. If you are paying to have the bumper assembled by a welding shop, this significantly lowers the cost.

We finished this bumper off with four integrated light buckets for surface mount LED pod lights (custom light cut outs available by request, such as a light bar version), an integrated winch mount to accept all standard 8-12k lb winches with removable solenoids, and heavy duty 9/16" recovery points that are placed directly in line with the Nissan Titan frame to eliminate any leveraging effects. These recovery points are formed by laser cut steel plates that pass through the bumper shell and tie directly into the Nissan Titan frame as part of the bumper's main mounting brackets. The recovery points then get welded to the in and outside of the bumper shell. These factors all combine to form recovery points that minimize stress on your Nissan Titan's frame and provide reliable recoveries of heavily loaded vehicles in the worst of offroad situations. What could make this bumper even better? The low profile design has resulted in very reasonable weights of 125lbs for the steel bumper and 62lbs for the aluminum version. Considering that this bumper replaces your factory bumper and associated components, the resulting weight increase to your Nissan Titan is surprisingly minimal. This reduces added stress on your vehicle, maintains precious payload capacity, and allows you to keep your factory suspension if desired.

Don't want to lose your factory parking sensor system? No problem. This bumper kit comes with CNC-cut ports for each of the 4 factory parking sensors as well as internal routing ports for the factory wiring harness to pass through without any modification or extensions required. Simply pop the sensors into this replacement bumper, route the factory harness through the internal ports, and plug it back into the vehicle. The factory wiring harness is easily removed from the stock bumper and transferred to the Coastal Offroad bumper. This allow you to wire in our LED driving lights and your factory parking sensors right into the Coastal Offroad bumper using the factory wiring harness, thus maintaining all of the factory switches on your steering column. When removing the Coastal Offroad bumper from the vehicle, all wiring is then conveniently disconnected all at once via the factory plug connector.

Please Note: This bumper kit is only a direct fit for the Titan XD. For non-XD Titan models, the vehicle frame ends sooner and you will need to build your own frame extension brackets in order to mount this bumper kit.
